Salary – Between £28,080 to £33,000 (depending on experience)

Interviews for this role will take place 13th-15th January 26.

About the role

We're looking for a reliable and proactive individual to support our Logistics operations across the Essex region. In this varied and hands-on warehouse role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our service runs smoothly and safely, keeping everything behind the scenes moving efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, tidy, and obstruction-free logistics areas in line with our Health & Safety guidelines, as well as Cycle Counting and receipting of deliveries. The role also involves transporting deliveries to various stores and ensuring goods are placed in the correct, agreed locations. Training will be provided for Counterbalance Forklift truck as well as Class C lorry license. The role also includes being part of the team’s out of hour standby rota, which is competitively compensated above the stated salary.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, dependable, and ready to make a real impact. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be confident working both independently and as part of a team, and ideally hold a full, valid manual driving licence.

You’ll bring a professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers and demonstrate good verbal communication skills when interacting with both internal colleagues and external contacts.

A basic level of computer skills is required, along with the ability to maintain high standards of general housekeeping within logistics areas. Product knowledge will be an advantage but not a deal breaker, and a flexible, can-do attitude is essential to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

We are looking for someone who thrives to deliver excellent customer service and possesses strong communication skills. If you’re dependable, customer-focused, and ready to support a dynamic logistics operation, this could be the perfect role for you.
