In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to deliver our communications strategy and stakeholder engagement plans, while offering trusted guidance on lead pipe risks. You’ll work closely with our Project Manager, staying informed on every detail of the programme and ensuring consistent support across internal teams and with our customers.
Your work will involve on-site presence, meaningful engagement with communities, and the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently. You’ll also play a key part in identifying replacement programme candidates through data analysis and by building strong relationships with external partners and agencies.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, as you'll regularly engage with customers and build strong, trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be confident in interpreting data and analysing information to support decision making, always with a keen eye on maintaining high standards of data quality.
You’ll bring experience from a customer-facing environment and have a natural ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and with empathy. If you’ve previously worked on projects or have a background in water distribution, that’s a bonus however, it’s your attitude, communication, and analytical skills that matter most.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, influencing outcomes and supporting programme delivery even under pressure. Experience presenting to larger groups will be helpful, as you’ll play a key part in informing and engaging both colleagues and the public on the work we’re doing.
