About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join Northumbrian Water’s Project Management Office (PMO) as an Investment Controller.
Reporting to the Investment Planning Lead, the Investment Controller will be responsible for maintaining and developing accurate and timely management information on our Capital Programme (High-Quality Plan).
This will encompass programmes and portfolios, ensuring alignment with reporting expectations. The role involves working with data related to costs, schedules, environmental targets, and benefits while closely collaborating with the Investment Data Analyst and managing key stakeholder expectations.
As a key member of the Programme Management Office and Investment Planning function, the Investment Controller will provide critical insights and recommendations to the Investment Planning Lead and other stakeholders across the organisation.
About you:
If you have experience providing management reporting within a project, programme or PMO environment, we want to hear from you.
You will have demonstrated expertise in data analysis and information management to support senior-level decision-making, and a strong attention to detail, proficiency in report design and presentation, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to varied stakeholders.
You will have a proven track record using PowerBI reporting tools to inform strategic decisions and experience with project tools to ensure delivery within established parameters of time, cost, and quality.
You will have a proven ability to manage and respond to complex challenges in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
