About the role
We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our Property Data Team. You will be working under the Customer Directorate in the Northumbrian Water Wholesale Department.
You will be responsible for accurately updating property records for both our household and non-household premises in our North and South operating areas.
You’ll be required to work as a team to manage workloads and be committed to responding to internal enquiries, external customer contact from our household customers and non-household retailers within tight deadlines.
About you
This role requires an individual who is passionate about meeting targets and providing unrivalled customer experience.
It is vital that our records are kept up to date to ensure our customers are being charged correctly for the services they receive so attention to detail is essential.
You should be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You’ll have need good customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as the ability to identify and solve problems using a logical, objective, and thorough approach within necessary timescales.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing demanding workloads whilst working to challenging deadlines. Excellent IT skills, including the use CC&B, Maximo and Microsoft packages, in particular Word and Excel.
Knowledge of the non-household market and how we bill our household customers would also be preferable.
