Are you looking to kick-start your career and have an interest in digital design?
We have a great new opportunity for a Service Designer to join us on a 12 month placement, to work on our customer-facing websites and apps. You will play a key role in shaping digital propositions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business success.
You will lead on discovery activities, map user journeys, and translate insights into actionable strategies to create user-centered, efficient solutions.
As the go-to expert for service design, you will champion best practices and align digital experiences with customer needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative Service Designer to join our Digital Experience team and make a significant impact on our digital products.
About you
We are looking for you to be working towards a degree in a related subject.
You will bring some experience of creating visual processes and journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities, with knowledge in using Sketch, Figma, Invision or similar design tools.
You will be proficient in MS Office 365, including strong excel skills and will be a logical and solutions focused thinker, with a great attention to detail.
We are looking for proactive and self-motivated individuals with a drive to provide an exceptional level of customer experience.
Please note this role will be employed by our agency partner for the duration of their contract.
