About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to become a Data and Reporting Analyst reporting to our MI and Data Analysis Manager In this role you will lead on providing both scheduled and ad hoc reports to the Customer Directorate supporting performance management, decision support and regulatory reporting. You will develop and maintain visual dashboards on defined KPIs, prepare daily, weekly and monthly standard performance reporting as well as providing analytical support for projects and ad hoc requests for information.
We’re looking for you to have a keen eye for detail with a flair for analysis and data discovery across large multi-faceted data sets , with Advanced analytics and a high proficiency in SQL query writingYou will lead on carefully scoping and gathering requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, design, delivery and ongoing maintenance of reporting and dashboards. This will require strong cross functional relationships as well as a collaborative approach to getting stuff done.
An integral part of your role will be driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve data quality and reporting capability. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the wider Customer Directorate function run smoothy through the provision of timely insight.
About you
To be successful in this new role, we’re looking for you to have proven experience in handling large data sets from a variety of sources and the ability to turn the data into meaningful insight.
You’ll have excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will bring advanced experience in the use of Excel as well as other data discovery such as Power BI and SQL, reporting and dashboard tools.
