About the role
We’ve got a fantastic opportunity to join us as the Manager for the IS User Experience team. You’ll lead a motivated team of professionals in the management and maintenance of End User devices and services across our organisation.
You will be responsible for working with your team to develop and embed processes in order to create a continuous improvement culture within the team. This means you will own the roadmaps for the technical products your team is responsible and the overall end result.
This role will also see you increase standardisation of core processes in order to automate where possible. You will be accountable for the management and maintenance of end user devices (Desktops, laptops, tablets, mobiles and landline), Windows-as-a-Service, Exchange and Mailbox Management, Printing Services, Office 365, Video conferencing, Policy SSO and Directory Services.
You will communicate any progress or changes to senior stakeholders whilst providing material and reports in line with IS Portfolio Management requirements.
About you
You’ll be leading a team of IT professionals, so you will need to demonstrate leadership experience within a service environment, as well as a proven track record of providing an unrivalled customer service, ensuring customer concerns are responded to quickly and professionally.
You’ll have proven experience supporting business critical IT products to time, cost and quality, within both traditional and agile ways of working. You will also be able to understand product roadmaps and how they can benefit the business.
You’ll be leading the introduction of a managed logistics service for the build and delivery of devices across the business, so you’ll need experience of leading and embedding change activity.
